For the councils of Galicia
A new way to discover the councils of Galicia.
The heritage is already there. Our job is to help show it.
Amosa Galicia builds each council a digital experience of self-guided routes with a map, recorded commentary and several languages, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Several routes
- Multilingual
- No app

The challenge
The heritage is already there. The hard part is helping visitors find it and understand it.
Many councils hold enormous historical, cultural and natural heritage, but tourist information is not always available when the visitor arrives. Staffed opening hours are limited, guided tours run at set times, and the information can be scattered across different formats.
Opening hours
A staffed office cannot cover every hour of the day.
Information
Visitors need to find it easily, and right when they need it.
Experience
Seeing a place changes when someone tells you the story behind it.

The experience
A free tour in your pocket, to discover the council at your own pace.
Visitors open it on their phone, choose a route and follow the trail. At each stop they can listen to a short recording that tells them what they are looking at.
Choose a route
Duration, distance and number of stops.
Follow the trail
The map goes with the visitor throughout the route.
Arrive and press play
A short recording at every stop.
Look around you
The technology accompanies. The land is the protagonist.
Nothing to download. No bookings. No opening hours to depend on.

24 h365 days
Always available
A tourist service that never closes.
It is there on a Sunday, on a bank holiday, in August or in the middle of winter. In the morning, in the afternoon, or once the tourist office has closed. Amosa Galicia complements the council's own services and keeps the visitor company.
Always there for the council. Always available for the visitor.

The solution
Everything you need to have Amosa Galicia in your council.
An adaptable rollout, designed so that every council can offer digital routes that match its heritage, its story and its needs.
A place of your own
A tourism landing page tailored to your council, inside Amosa Galicia.
Several routes
The council decides which stories, places and experiences to show.
Stops with commentary
Every route can be organised into points of interest, each with its own audio and information.
Languages to suit
The experience can be prepared in whichever languages the project needs.
Translation and recording
We adapt the content and produce the audio for every stop.
Map, QR code and support
Setup, QR code, hosting and technical support throughout the first year.
Local knowledge
The council knows the land. We take care of turning it into a digital experience.
The source material stays under the council's control. Amosa Galicia handles the adaptation, the production and the launch.
The council
- Chooses the routes and the points of interest.
- Provides the information and documentation for each stop.
- Reviews and approves the content before it goes live.
Amosa Galicia
- Adapts the content to the digital format.
- Handles the translations and the recordings.
- Sets up the landing page, the maps and the routes, and puts the platform to work.
And if you need help with research, documentation or writing, we can help you with that too.
Learning to improve
The route also tells you more about the visitor.
Amosa Galicia can gather useful information about how the routes are used without asking for names, emails, phone numbers or anything else that identifies a person.
- Age or age range
- Town or region of origin
- Type of visit
- Routes started and completed
- How long it was used
- Interaction with the content

Quarterly report
A periodic summary of the main usage figures and the feedback left on the routes.
Usage, origin and ratings
Useful feedback
Suggestions, observations and reports that point to things worth improving.
Going live
We put the platform to work. And if you want to give it more visibility, we can help with that too.
We hand the council the link and the QR code to use on its website, at the tourist office, in accommodation and hostels, at information points, on leaflets, on social media or in partner businesses.
The platform works on its own as a tourist service.
Want to give it more visibility?
And if you want to give it more visibility, we can also help you with graphics, video, material for social media, leaflets, posters or signage. We are here to support you with whatever you need to make the routes known.

Shall we talk?
Offer your visitors a new way to discover your council.
Put routes, stories and heritage within their reach all year round. Tell us what you want to show and we will help you turn it into an Amosa Galicia experience.
The heritage is already there. We help you show it.
